LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the FRANKFORT FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT is accepting sealed bids for repairs to the roof of its fire station located at 24420 S. Lagrange Rd., Frankfort, Illinois 60423. Specifications and bid packets may be presently obtained at Frankfort Fire Station 71, 333 W. Nebraska St., Frankfort, IL 60423 on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Sealed Bids will be accepted at Frankfort Fire Station 1 located at 333 W. Nebraska St. Frankfort IL, 60423 until 12:00pm (noon) on September 11, 2024, and no late bids will be accepted. The sealed bids will be publicly opened at the Fire Station at 5:15 p.m. during the September 17, 2024, meeting of the Board of Trustees. The Frankfort FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any formalities or technicalities of the Bid or to reject any non-responsive bid in the interest of the FRANKFORT FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT.
