The District was made aware on 9/23/2024 of a server outage affecting the ability to complete and submit applications.
IO Solutions and their server host are working diligently to rectify the issue.
IO Solutions has contacted those that have already added an application to their account in order to explain the situation.
The deadline to create an IO Solutions account and add an application has been extended to 4:00pm on Thursday 9/26/204.
Those that create and /or add an application for Frankfort Fire prior to 9/26/2024 will have until 4:00pm on 10/10/2024 to complete and submit the application.
