LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the FRANKFORT FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT is accepting sealed bids from qualified companies to provide removal of existing asphalt, subsurface preparation, and concrete installation for a parking lot approximately 3,100 sq. ft. in size located at 20260 S. Graceland Lane, Frankfort, IL 60423. Bid packets may be obtained at Frankfort Fire Station 71, 333 W. Nebraska St., Frankfort, IL 60423 on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for August 9, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., at 20260 S. Graceland Lane, Frankfort, IL. All potential bidders are requested to attend. A tour of the Fire Station and review of the project scope will take place at this meeting.
Sealed Bids will be accepted at Frankfort Fire Station 71 located at 333 W. Nebraska St. Frankfort IL, 60423 until 12:00pm (noon) on August 19, 2024, and no late bids will be accepted. The sealed bids will be publicly opened at the Fire Station at 5:30 p.m. during the August 20, 2024, meeting of the Board of Trustees. The Frankfort FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any formalities or technicalities of the Bid or to reject any non-responsive bid in the interest of the FRANKFORT FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT.
