Selection of Bid
The Board of Trustees passed a motion at the December 14, 2021 board meeting to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Seal Tight Exteriors Inc. of Steger for the total of $123,900. The Board would like to thank all parties that submitted Bids for this project.

LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the FRANKFORT FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT is accepting sealed bids for repairs to the roof of its fire station located at 333 W. Nebraska, Frankfort, Illinois 60423. Specifications and bid packets may be presently obtained at its Headquarters Station located at the above address.
Sealed Bids will be accepted at Frankfort Fire Station 1 located at 333 W. Nebraska St. Frankfort IL, 60423 until 12:00pm (noon) on October 15, 2021 and no late bids will be accepted. The sealed bids will be publicly opened at the Fire Station at 5:15 p.m. during the October 19, 2021 meeting of the Board of Trustees. The Frankfort FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any formalities or technicalities of the Bid or to reject any non-responsive bid in the interest of the FRANKFORT FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT.
