LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that the FRANKFORT FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT is accepting sealed bids for a 100'+ HEAVY DUTY TANDEM AXLE AERIAL LADDER. Specifications and bid packets may be obtained at its Headquarters Station 71, 333 West Nebraska Street, Frankfort, Illinois 60423 between the hours of 9am and 3pm Monday thru Friday or requested in writing via email from Assistant Chief Paul Kinsella at kinsella@frankfortfire.org Sealed Bids will be accepted at 333 West Nebraska Street until 3pm on April 6, 2020 and no late bids will be accepted. The sealed bids will be publicly opened at Fire Station 71 at 3pm on April 6, 2020. The FRANKFORT FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any formalities or technicalities of the Bid or to reject any non-responsive bid in the interest of the FRANKFORT FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT.
