Sunday October 5, 2003 march starts at 2pm sharp with a prayer ceremony at St Peters, followed by a silent march to FFD station #1 memorial site located at 333 West Nebraska St.Following the ceremony there will be fellowship at station #1 (cake/coffee)Sponsored by the Frankfort Fire District and the Frankfort Firefighters Assoc.
Every year during Fire Prevention Week, the Frankfort Fire District hosts a Firefighter Memorial Service. The service includes a silent procession to St. Peters Church, a ceremony inside the church, and a procession to the Frankfort Firefighter's Museum.
