Our Fallen Brother

Richard "Richie" Schaddalee

It is with sadness that I announce that Richard “Richie” Schaddelee passed away suddenly on Tuesday March 06, 2010.  Rich was a Volunteer with Frankfort and held the ranks of Firefighter/EMT, Assistant Chief and Trustee.  Rich’s career with us spanned over 20 years of service to the community.  Rich was one of the departments first EMT’s and was very active as a training officer & mentor.  Rich will be remembered for many things, but most of all for his energy and his ending love for family, Frankfort & Frankfort FD.  Rich also served in the U.S. Army Reserves.
